How we handle your information.

Effective June 12, 2026

Nuvorus is an independent distribution intelligence practice. This site is deliberately quiet: it collects the minimum needed to respond to you, and nothing else.

What this site collects

Sample report access

To open the sample report we ask for your name, work email, and company. These details are delivered to our inbox by transactional email and as an internal notification that also includes your browser's user-agent string. A functional cookie named sample-access is set for 365 days so the report stays available to you on return visits. The submitted details also appear in standard server logs.

Direct email and LinkedIn

The contact buttons on this site open your own mail client or LinkedIn. Your message travels from you to us and never passes through this site. The site collects nothing in this flow.

What we never do

We do not sell or share your information. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no profiling on this site. The only cookie this site sets is the functional cookie described above: sample-access. This site accepts no file uploads.

Subprocessors

Three services process data solely to deliver the functions above: Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (hosting and server logs), and Telegram (internal notifications). No other third parties receive your information.

Retention and deletion

Lead correspondence is retained in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. Server logs rotate on our hosting provider's standard schedule. You can clear the sample-access cookie in your browser at any time, and you can write to privacy@nuvorus.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
